The Condor Convoy Outdoor Pack was designed with the thought that people would rise to the challenge to do more with a smaller pack. So Condor took the 125 3-Day Assault Pack, one of the best sellers, scaled it down and made it so that it would be functional enough to get your through whatever adventure you took it on. The Convoy features five compartments designed to organize and hold all your essentials for that survivalist in you.

Total of five compartments:

  • Main Compartment contains a padded sleeve for tablets or 13"/15" laptop and two mesh pockets
  • Top Front compartment contains an organizer.
  • Bottom Front compartment contains mesh pockets for additional utilities/peripherals.
  • Two side pockets compartments are perfect for 16fl oz water bottles or any quick access gadgets
  •  Heavyweight webbing for modular attachments.
  • Padded mesh backing for reinforcement and airflow.
  • Detachable waist belt
  • Sternum strap
  • Side compression straps
  • Grommets on all compartments
  • Hydration compatible

This is an extremely nice pack. Perfect for adults on short trips or kids packing for overland expeditions, outdoor camping adventures, and generally being prepared. This one is on the small size so good for those that pack light, for day trips, or for kids. While these are probably heavy for some they are extremely rugged and versatile packs and are great if you demand fail proof function. I give an overview of them and why we chose them over traditional backpacker packs or some similar competitors on youtube just sear "brady adventures condor pack".

Just what size is this pack? I measured seam to seam. Main compartment is about 10 1/2" wide X 5" thick X 18" tall. Bottom pocket is 10" wide X 2 1/2" thick by 6" tall, top pocket is 10" wide X 2 1/2" thick X 12" tall. Side pockets are 7 1/2" tall X 2 1/2" thick X 4" wide. The usual solid build quality that is Condor. Nice attention to detail, like two Velcro strap loops + one sewn loop to hang hydration bladder from at top of its pocket and Velcro straps to secure loose ends of some of the adjustment straps. Waist belt is low enough on me that I'm going to find some pads to slide over it for when I have to carry weight and want to transfer it to my hips and there's enough adjustment in the shoulder straps that this should work for most. And yes, the hip belt can detach leaving its two buckles behind where the shoulder straps attach at the bottom. All of the side handles are sewn onto one long piece of webbing that goes from the bottom on one side all the way over the top to the bottom on the other side. Overall a perfect size for my "dad kit" / work / lunch pack.

Excellent choice for small excursions. It has all the bells and whistles except one (which I'll mention in a sec). Sternum strap, belly/waist strap, hydration bladder capable, compression straps, more molle slots etc than you'll know what to do with, drainage holes on the bottom of all compartments, and handles on top and sides. Straps are extremely adjustable. I'm a big guy (40 inch waist) and it easily adjust to me with room to spare. The only thing it lacks are outside mesh pockets to carry water bottles. I'm guessing Condor excluded those because the pack is made primarily for the military.
Absolutely fantastic choice for hiking and long (relatively speaking, it's a 24hr pack/day pack) walks away from home.

It's a great back but WAYYYYY smaller than I thought. I got this one over the smaller assault packs I see everywhere, but this thing is still tiny, given I'm 6'3" and about 245; but the picture is deceivingly big. It's only got 1 compartment that doesn't even fit my 15" macbook. Great quality; but real small...I'm gonna give the Condor 3 Day Assault pack a shot...

Like all the Condor products I have, this thing rocks. There are tons of pockets, pouches, straps, and MOLLE to put all your gear. I got this one for my girlfriend after she saw my 3 day assault pack. This is just the smaller version of that pack it it is every bit as spacious and versital as it's big brother. Though we have not been out in the field with them yet, both packs get thrown into and out of our vehicles, bounced around in trunks or cargo areas, and packed and unpacked over and over. We have never had a zipper or pull fail yet and all the stitching has taken our over stuffing the packs with clothing and gear. I will update this review if any concerns arise after we take them out camping/hiking.

A high quality bag, perfect for everyday carry. Small enough to carry around a convention without knocking things over and large enough to carry everything you need. The back is padded and comfortable as are the straps and it has both a chest strap and waist strap.

It loses a point however, for having extremely hard to pull zippers. I am not sure if this is a feature that will resolve itself with use, but it is the one downside to this bag. Of course, at 1/3 the price of the nearest competitors, it is totally worth it
